- Pr Number: IQC10349009009 FSC: 5305 thru 5325 Nomenclature: Rolls Royce Restricted source items RFP Due Date: _2011 March 08___ Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 8 Core Items and items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5306-00-058-6463. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 200 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 2011 April 11 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price.
