- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-11-T-TC05 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated NAICS code is 314912 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. This is a small business set-aside. Quote pricing FOB destination Virginia Beach, VA 23459. Only written question regarding this announcement will be accepted. If quoting on an equal, provide detailed specification for evaluation. Delivery required no later than 28 February 2011. Inbuilt 3/8" foam mattress; no-see-um flymesh on all windows and doors; 2 doors; 2 windows; heavy duty 210 denier nylon; taped seams; heavy duty powdercoated aluminum frame; corrosion resistant zippers; weight rating in excess of 350 lbs; waterproof fabrics (tent and rainfly); heavy duty 600D carry bag and fitted waterproof rain cover. Bed size: 90"L x 32" W; tent size: 90"L x 32"W x 40"H; Folded size: 34"H x 34"W x 8"H; Weight approximately 30 lbs.
