- The purpose of this effort is to acquire required hardware and software in support of the CENTRIXS. The Defense Information Systems Agency (PL62) intends to award a firm fixed priced delivery order for the purchase of IT equipment and Software in accordance with the contract clauses and Parts list. We invite all perspective qualified vendors to submit a quote for these items. This IS AN ALL OR NONE REQUIREMENT and will not be split. All items requested MUST be delivered NLT than the requested deliver date. If this is not possible inform the Contracting Officer at the time of quote submission as to the actual dates when the items can be delivered for acceptability. Please provide any applicable quantity or Government discount available. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. Quotes received that fail to offer all items stated in this RFP will be deemed not technically acceptable and will be disqualified. All items must be labeled in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003. Quotes that fail to include labeling for the items will be deemed non-responsive. A quote is due no later than 01:00 PM EST, February 10, 2011 to Mr. Keane Buts, Contract Specialist, Defense Information Systems Agency/PL62. You may submit your quote via email to. keane.butts@disa.mil The quotes must include the following company related information: 1) Cage Code 2) DUNS Number 3) Tax Identification number 4) Offeror's Business Size Award will be made based upon lowest priced most technically acceptable quote. This is a Request for Quote only and in no way obligates the Government to award a purchase order or to reimburse the offeror for any cost incurred in preparing the response to this Request for Quote.
