- LED Blackout Lights are lighting for the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical DataSystem MovAFATDS MTSThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercialitems prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. Thisannouncement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requestedand a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N65236-11-R-0003 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document andincorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FederalAcquisition Circular 2005-41. The Government anticipates awarding a FirmFixed Price, Commercial item type contract in accordance with the proceduresdetailed in FAR 13.5. This acquisition is being set aside 100% for smallbusinesses. The applicable NAICS code is 336321 with a size standard of 500Employees. This acquisition is for 292 each, LED Blackout lights for AdvancedField ArtilleryTactical Data System Mobile Tactical Shelter (AFATDS MTS).Requirements and specifications are set forth in attachments.
