- DARPA-BAA-10-83 Amendment 1 Version Amendment 1 to DARPA-BAA-10-83 The purpose of this amendment to DARPA-BAA-10-83 is: 1.To remove "Cyber" from the list of broad mission objectives in the second paragraph of the Funding Opportunity Description (Section 1, pg. 5). 2.To remove the Cyber topic areas of interest from the Program Overview (Section 1.1, II, pgs. 6-7) and renumber the remaining paragraphs in Section 1.1. 3.To add the following two (2) topics to the list of Core Strategic Technologies in the Program Overview: "Cyber physical/embedded systems" and "Cyber Testing" (Section 1.1, V, k and l, pg. 9). 4.To reword the section providing instruction to those proposers posting to Grants.gov, in order to avoid repetitious language about the use of the Grants.gov "Apply" function (Section 4.3.1, pg. 15). 5.To correct the reference from 48 CFR part 23 to 48 CFR part 31 in the paragraph about indirect cost rates (Section 4.3.8.2, pg. 22). 6.To amend the requirement for "cost or pricing data" as defined in FAR Subpart 15.4 for proposed contract awards of "$700,000 or greater"; this requirement was formerly set at "$650,000 or greater" (Section 4.3.8.2, pg. 22). 7.To move the "Central Contractor Registration (CCR)" section from 6.3.1 to 6.2.9 and to amend it to include information about Universal Identifier Requirements (pg. 31). 8.To add Section 6.2.10, Reporting Executive Compensation and First-Tier Subcontract Awards (pgs. 31-34). 9.To add Section 6.2.11, Updates of Information Regarding Responsibility Matters (pgs. 34-35). 10.To renumber the Representations and Certifications section to 6.3.1 and the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) section to 6.3.2 (pg. 35). The entire DARPA-BAA-10-83 has been re-stated with above-listed changes included and is attached.
