- Contractors shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipments, and supplies necessary to provide Level topsoil surface, renovate and re-establish turf grass stand in Sections M1, M2, N2, S2, and portions of Sections P and N3 at Houston National Cemetery. This is a total SDVOSB set aside. Contractors are encouraged to review the site prior to submitting their bids. NAICS is 561730. There is no incumbent on this project.
