- The US Air Force Expeditionary Operations School, has an upcoming requirement to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items, unless specified as government furnished, to manage and perform key logistical aspects in support of the United States Air Force Expeditionary Operations School (USAFEOS) locations of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Majority of services will include logistical support of operations exercises. Exercises and/or required logistical support are identified as small (1-14 continuous calendar days), medium (5-14 continuous calendar days), or large (10-20 continuous calendar days). Exercises and/or required logistical support are commonly separate; however, one or more may be combined to enhance exercise capability/flexibility (i.e. one medium plus one small or two small). Task names (i.e. forward node, cadre facilities, mock village and host nation) are considered support packages and may be utilized for other means as required. The contractor will be notified 14 days prior to the exercise and/or required logistical support start date (STARTEX) 48 hours at exercise end (ENDEX). Support would include but not be limited to: Continuous equipment maintenance, equipment custodian duties, site preparation to include snow removal, and grass cutting, equipment reconstitution, transportation of equipment and personnel, set-up of power distribution systems and bed-down requirements. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (8[a], HUBZONE, SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Government is seeking, for informational purposes only, qualified, experienced sources interested in performing the services. (1) Please provide company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. (2) Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned, large, etc under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541614 which contains a size standard of $7,000,000.00. (3) Provide no more than three (3) references of same or similar type work performed within the last three (3) years. These references should indicate the type of work for each project including the contract number, total contract value, functions performed, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address and the dollar value of the project.
