- The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the below vendor questions: Vendor Question: What is the anticipated award date? Government Response: By February 17, 2011. Vendor Question: Will all quantities be shipped to their respective addresses upon award or will shipments be staggered over a period of time? Government Response: Address #1 above requires a delivery date of June 10, 2011; Address #2 above requires a delivery date of May 10, 2011; Address #3 above requires a delivery date of April 1, 2011; Address #4 above requires a delivery date of April 1, 2011; Address #5 above requires a delivery date of May 1, 2011.; and Address #6 above requires a delivery date of May 1, 2011 Vendor Question: Will the government accept new phones rather than refurbished or a combination of both? Government Response: Only 2420 refurbished sets will be acceptable (no substitutes) All other terms and conditions remain the same.
