- The Government plans to issue separate Request For Quotations (RFQ) W31P4Q-11-Q-0006 and RFQ) W31P4Q-11-Q-0007 to Lockheed Martin Missile Systems and Raytheon Missile Systems repectively to provide input, advice, and recommendations regarding JAGM System Engineering integrated product team activities to include Manufacturing, Supportability, Product Assurance, Test & Evaluation, Energetics, Sensors and Guidance, Platform Integration, Systems Engineering Process Management, Software and Simulation, and Life Cycle Safety. Both contractors shall provide input, advice, and recommendations for the JAMS Test Program regarding test range coordination and scheduling, range instrumentation, telemetry data collection systems, and provide analysis of test data from Government test activities. Both contractor shall provide input and preparation for conferences and meetings with representatives from DOD, DA, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, AMC, other commands and agencies, and private industry on JAGM programmatic and milestone issues. Solicitaion from any other source is not feasible because only the recommendations and input from the two existing JAGM TD prime contractors Lockheed Martin Missile Systems and Raytheon Missile Systems can fulfill Government needs. No other source can fulfill the requirement because there were no other JAGM TD prime contractors. RFQs are planned to be issued on or before 25 Feb 11 with a closing date no later than 14 Mar 11.
