- DESCRIPTION The McClellan Park Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small businesses that can provide Removal and Disposal of Class A and Class B Radioactive Waste Services for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and transportation to pick up, transport and dispose of radioactive waste. Contractor must have current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), State and Federal licenses for the State of California to include disposal site state license/certification required for this type of service. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on/about Oct 1, 2011 through Sep 30, 2011 with four option years. The NAICS is 562211and the size standard is $12.5 million. Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic categories should send their information by email to leala.jew@va.gov no later than 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Feb 22, 2011. Information should include: Name of the Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSD, VOSB, and/or Small Business.
