- Complete specifications for Program 1737-S. One-year, single award term contract with four option years for the production of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) publications requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, paste on fold, folding, packing, and delivery. Publications are 8-1/2 x 11", 8 to 12 pages per order. Approximately 10 orders per year. Average of 1,000,000 publications per order. Black ink on 28 lb newsprint. No bleeds. Adequate gripper. Saddle pages together in sequence and paste on fold along the entire 11" dimension. NOTE: Saddle-stitching is NOT an acceptable alternative. Majority of orders fold to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" or 8-1/2 x 3-2/3". Ships f.o.b. contractor's city via IRS-supplied Government Bill of Lading or IRS-supplied UPS account.
