- Amendment 4 is posted to answer questions about the RFQ. 1. Which buildings have screens? How many in each case? Answer: The government shall not provide the number of buildings with screens and how many screens per building. 2. Why is Facility 658 singled out for the handling of screens? Anwer: Facility 658, which was questioned during the site visit on 3 February 2011. 3. Assume the screens must also be replaced. Is this correct? Answer: The screens must be removed and then put back on after the Ktr has cleaned the window. 4. Are the screens themselves to be cleaned? Answer: No 5. Does the Ktr have to provide their own water supply? Answer: The Ktr's shall be responsible for providing their own water supply. 6. What are the safety standards to securing personnel? Answer: The base does not have a standard for Ktr's as far as how high they can go without safety tie offs. It is up to the Ktr to set their limits to the heights BUT they must comply with OSHA safety standards for their heights with ladders and lifts.
