- RELOCATION OF A/F32T-9 NOISE SUPPRESSORS The intended acquisition is for the contractor to provide all labor,tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control,transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment andclothing, including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing andeye protection, including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses,fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentalsnecessary to perform the relocation of one A/F32T-9 Noise Suppressorfrom Cannon AFB, New Mexico to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma and one A/F32T-9Noise Suppressor from Aviano AB, Italy to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Thiseffort shall include, (a) Original site assessments, (b) Coordinationand inspection of predetermined gaining site, (c) Transportationplanning and scheduling, (d) Disassembly and packaging for shipment, (e)Removal of material and debris from original site down to the foundationand slab, (f) Loading, (g) Shipping of all components, (h) Potentialstorage of components, (i) Utility installation and activationcoordination for new site, (j) Unloading at new site (or vendor facilityif required), (k) Repair/Refurbishment of sub-components, (l)Reassembly/Installation to restore to full operating capability, and (m)Verification testing/inspections. Contractor shall also fabricate andinstall non-standard thrust frames, monorail, hoists and supportstructures for each T-9 Noise Suppressor. Contractor shall provide therequired engine testing systems that interface with the thrust frames---- Solicitation Number FA8100-11-R-0007, OC-ALC/PKEA Tinker AFB OK73145-3015.
