- The Marine Corps Systems Command has a requirement for Modular Armored Guard Posts (MAGP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, Subpart 15.3, Source Selection, FAR 15.101, Best Value Continuum, and FAR 15.101-1 Trade-off Process. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The subject Request for Proposals (RFP), M67854-11-R-5010 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48.
