- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.6, using Invitation for Bid (IFB) procedures in accordance with FAR 14. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Invitation For Bid (IFB) N69450-11-R-00041 “ Lease of space on four (4) separate water towers located within Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida for the installation of Mobile Service Antennas (MSA) and related ground communication equipment. In compliance with 10 USC 2667, the Commander, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida is offering cell carriers on a competitive bid basis, the opportunity to lease space on the existing water towers within the installation. The bidders for each tower will be selected based on the best financial offer to the Government for use of the space.. Responses to this solicitation are due by 31 March 2011 at 4:00 PM ET.
