THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Oklahoma City OK anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 635-11-104, Design/Build Site Prep for Alura Bi-Plane. The magnitude of construction cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 25, 2011. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5M.
