- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Limestone Technologies Inc., for fifteen (15) Polygraph Professional Silver Suite Packages. The NAICS code for this action is 325414. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 13.106-1 Soliciting Competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received within three days of this posting. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
