- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-11-R-1243, IQC10333009038, National Stock Number, 4933-01-033-1504, Scraper, Combination. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment not applicable. NSN is not commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. This is not a Configuration Control item. However, Drawings, and Export Control, Critical Application Item does apply. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 24,672 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and four (4) option years is 12,336. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 3,084 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 12,336 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 135 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is February 22, 2011 with a closing date of March 22, 2011.
