- Description
- The United States Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) in coordination with the United States Air Force Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) 705 CTS intends to issue a Request for Proposal, FA9422-11-R-0001, to acquire Infrastructure, Development and Engineering requirements. This full and open acquisition provides services for developing and maintaining software and hardware solutions, conducting Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) events and engineering activities for the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC), building and maintaining network infrastructure, as well as management of the DMOC Battlespace at Kirtland AFB, NM. This is a continuation of effort to the existing Development, Operations and Maintenance (DO&M) currently performed by Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training and Support, 12506 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL 32825-5002. Based on an evaluation of Statements of Capability submitted in response to the sources sought notice issued on 15 Sep 10 for this effort, AFNWC/PKE and the 705 CTS program office concluded that this requirement was to be competed full and open. This is a presolicitation notice and is not a request for competitive proposals. Information herein is based on the best information available at the time of publication, is subject to revision, and is not binding on the Government. The Government will not recognize any cost associated with submission of information in response to this or previous notices.
