- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Alpha Dyno Nobel, Lincoln, CA. This is not a solicitation. The order is Firm Fixed Price. The USFWS has a requirement to provide open water for migratory birds on the 41,000 acre refuge by blasting at the Klamath Marsh National Wildlife Refuge (Klamath County). Delivery Date is 02/21/11. The NAICS Code is 325920. Project Information: Contractor to provide explosives. The project needs to occur in February when the water table is high and when the US Navy Explosives Division is available. The urgency to secure the explosives is high. Alpha Dyno Nobel has provided this in the past and can supply the explosives by 02/21/11.
