- Revised SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 339950, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K3AE1005A001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-47 effective 12 January 2011. The Government intends to award one contract for Marquee Signs at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all items listed in the schedule below. CLIN 0001 Gibson Gate Marquee CLIN 0002 Base Operations Marquee CLIN 0003 Wyoming Gate Marquee ADDITIONAL: See attached Statement of Work SITE VISIT: A MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 10:00AM MST. All parties interested in submitting a quote must attend. An e-mail or fax with the names of the individuals attending the site visit, the company/organization and a contact number must be sent to michelle.allamon@kirtland.af.mil or 505-846-4262 NLT 5:00PM MST January 31, 2011 in order to confirm your attendance. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that the Contract Administrator receives the submission. DELIVERY/ ACCEPTANCE POINT: Delivery location is Kirtland AFB 87117. Estimated Completion Date: No Later Than 15 April 2011. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. PROPOSALS ARE DUE: Proposals shall be received via e-mail or fax not later than 10:00 AM MST Thursday, February 10, 2011, at michelle.allamon@kirtland.af.mil or 505-846-4262 ATTN: Michelle Allamon. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that the Contract Administrator receives the submission. PROPOSALS SHALL INCLUDE: (1) Offer to include unit and total price, (2) Cage Code and DUNS Number, (3) TAX ID Number, and (3) acknowledgment of any amendments/modifications that may be issued. When submitting your response, include all expenses in your total proposal. QUESTIONS: All questions concerning this RFP shall be submitted in writing and e-mailed to the contract administrator listed. All answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. EVALUATION AND AWARD: The government will make an award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to this solicitation and is the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government.
