This requirement is for environmental services to complete Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act (CERCLA) Site Inspections (SIs) for four Muntions Response Sites (MRS) sites located in Hawaii. The Kuliouou Target Range, the Olowalu Rifle Range, the Paukukalo Range Complex, and the Pu'u Kapele Local Training Area.
