- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO FEBRUARY 14, 2011. CLOSING DATE IS MARCH 15, 2011. LTC PROJECT RA11014001, NSN 1615-01-158-9608, CENTERING RING, SPIN. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N 70105-28030-101. Approved sources are Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, and Tek Precision Co Ltd, CAGE 65780. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 484 each for the base period and each option period. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 124 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity is 960 each for the base period and each option period. 107 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Item is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). First Article Government testing required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Item is a Flight Safety Critical item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
