- IARPA-BAA-11-01 Amendment 03 20110208 Description provided in.pdf format IARPA-BAA-11-01 Amendment 03 20110208 provided in.pdf format IARPA-BAA-11-01, Amendment 03 Title: Security and Privacy Assurance Research (SPAR) The following amendments have been made to the Broad Agency Announcement: Note: Due to administrative error, the description of changes document associated with IARPA-BAA-11-01 Amendment 01 was posted to FBO.gov on 27 January 2011 as Amendment 02. There is not an amended solicitation associated with Amendment 02. Amendment 03 1. Part One is amended to change the due date for proposals for the first round of selections to 4 March 2011, 5:00 pm EST. 2. Part One is amended to change the time period during which questions about the BAA will be accepted. Questions will be accepted until 17 February 2011, and from 5 March 2011 until 13 December 2011. 3. Section 1.A.2 is amended to restrict part of the definition of "Server" to TA1. 4. Section 4.B.2, Detailed Estimated Cost Breakdown, is amended to add language on supporting cost or pricing information. 5. Section 4.C.1 is amended to change the due date for proposals for the first round of selections to 4 March 2011, 5:00 pm EST. 6. Section 7 is amended to change the time period during which questions about the BAA will be accepted. Questions will be accepted until 17 February 2011, and from 5 March 2011 until 13 December 2011. 7. Appendix A, Academic Institution Acknowledgement Letter Template, is amended to remove the copy furnished to Mr. John Turnicky, Chief, ODNI Contracts, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Washington DC, 20511 Questions may be submitted to dni-iarpa-baa-11-01@ugov.gov
