- Government intends to award a firm fixed contract for the Post Shipyard Availability (PSA) on the USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) commencing on or about 23 June 2011. Work to be performed at Contractor's facility on or about the above mentioned dates. Area of consideration is West Coast. Successful offeror must possess an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with NAVSEA in order to receive award. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is on/about 02 February 2011. After issuance, solicitation may be obtained by accessing the contracts section of the MSC website, http://www.msc.navy.mil. Note: This pre-solicitation is changed from a total small business set aside to unrestricted. Note: The pre-solicitation number has changed to read N40442-11-R-3038 in lieu of N40442-R-10-3038.
