Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,317 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,333 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: 1. Minimum LEED Certified Building, 2. Can contiguous on two floor, contiguous on one floor preferred, 3. Minimum two elevators, with one freight elevator, 4. Efficient lay-out 5. 24-Hour building access 6. Day time cleaning services 7. Roof access for satellite dish installation 8.
