- The Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services to reconfigure the chilled water distribution system on the medical center campus. The intent of the project is to obtain energy efficienty through the replacement of the existing primary-secondary system with a variable flow means. Work includes but is not limited to adding controls, motors, variable speed drives, and pumps as necessary, to implement a variable flow model.
