- The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Jacket, Leather, Brown, A-2 NSN: 8415-01-456-7153(s) The base year is for the following quantities: 1,050Min / 4,200AEQ / 5,300Max Three 1--year term options will be included for the item with the same Min and Max. This procurement will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The item will be procured FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA. Applicable specification for the item is as follows: Item 1: Jacket, Leather, Brown, A-2 FNS/PD 98-02 dated 16 April 1998 Pattern Date: 28 February 1998 THIS SOLICITATION SUPERSEDES SOLICITATION NUMBER SPM1C1-10-R-0101 FOR THE SAME ITEM The PGC code is 02014. Production lead-time is 150 days after date of award with 3 deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and Experience/Past Performance.
