- The Midewin National Tall Grass Prairie located in Wilmington, Illinois has a requirement for foliar spray treatment services to control invasive plant species. The Contractor will furnish, all equipment, material, labor, transportation, operating supplies, incidentals and supervision necessary to perform invasive plant foliar spraying services. The government intends to award one Firmed Fixed Price contract. Work will begin within five days of contract award. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to SCA wage rates. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Solicitation number: AG-52B1-S-11-0014. NAICS: 561730, Size Standard: $7mil. This solicitation and any amendments will be available ONLY electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, on February 11, 2011.
