- This amendment is the change the response date FROM: 7 Feb 2011 TO: 7 March 2011. This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirement Contract that is SoleSource to: PALOMAR PRODUCTS, INC.(00819), RCHO STA MARG, CA.,92688-2604. Note 22.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services forwhich the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only onesource under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identifytheir interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals.
