- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) PN 2675 Rev D, wraparound, Qty 10. This requirement is sole sourced to Haigh-Farr, 43 Harvey Road, Bedford, NH 03110 for replacement parts of existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the Antennas may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the antennas without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
