- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, FL, has a project to 'Remodel Rooms - Women's Privacy and Dignity'. Work includes general construction, site work, electrical work, masonry, finishes, plumbing and certain other items as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 236220/size standard is $33.5 million. The project magnitude is $250,000-$500,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, in accordance with Public Law 109-461. The solicitation will issue on or about 2/23/11. All bid packages must be accessed on line. No hard copies of this solicitation will be sent out and no prior information is available until the issue date. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Complete electronic solicitation with forms and specifications for submitting an offer, and to register your name as an interested party, can be obtained at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address and will not be mailed. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
