- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request is for Hotel Rooms and Conference Rooms with Audiovisual Support. The request is to take place in Lisbon, Portugal. The period of performance is 25 March - 2 April 2011. The hotel must be able to accomodate 300 guest. Must be able to provide offers in ENGLISH, US Dollars and without VAT. All bids/ proposals are to be submitted to portia.hall@eur.army.mil
