- Performance Work Statement for 88th Medical Group Pest Control Services at the Wright-Patterson AFB Medical Center TO PROCURE Pest Control Services for the 88th Medical Group Medical Center facility at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Services shall be provided in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement dated 1 February 2011. The Base Period of Performance for this requirement will be from 1 March 2011 to 29 February 2012. There will be four option years each starting of 1 March and ending in the following year of the last day of February. The last day of the last option will be 29 February 2016. Proposal shall include pricing for the Base year plus four option years. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. A site visit will be held for all Contractors interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement on Tuesday, 22 February 2011 @ 9:00 am EST. Those interested in attending the site visit shall submit the names of no more than two attendees per company to the contracting office via email by Noon on Friday, 18 February 2011. This procurement has been set-aside for small business. Non-small business proposals will not be considered. The size standard for this effort is $7,000,000.00. NAICS 561710.
