- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services or facilities to perform the Prosecutorial Services for the Eastern Oklahoma Regional Office, Court of Indian Offenses located in Seminole, Oklahoma. The Prosecutor will be required to be present at the Wewoka Agency CFR Court for one administrative day and two court days. This contract is scheduled to begin on April 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011. The Government anticipates awarding this as a firm fixed price contract with an option to Extend the Term of the contract not to exceed four years and six months (FAR Clause 52.217-09). This is a small business and Buy Indian Act set-aside (25 U.S.C. 47). Contractor is required to be a licensed Attorney. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience and knowledge of Tribal and CFR Courts, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and jurisdiction in Indian County. Due date for receipt of proposals is Monday, March 7, 2011, by 3:00 p.m. in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office, 1 Mile North of City, Hwy 281, P.O. Box 368, Anadarko, OK 73005. Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of the subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
