- The second Request for Information (RFI) provides expanded technical information that the first request did not contain. STEP 1: Interested sources have through 18 February 2011 to contact Tammi O. Cochran by email: tammi.cochran@peoavn.army.mil or by phone: 256-842-3834 to RECEIVE a technical package. STEP 2: Also, interested sources may submit questions or white papers no later than COB on 24 February 2011. Technical data shall be emailed to those able to receive the information. Other arrangements can be made for non-electronic transmittal. Your request should specify you email address, physical address, phone number, company name and position. The technical data will include the following: Statement of Work (SOW); AVNS-PRF-10859 Integrated Wearable Power System Specification; Document Summary List (DSL); Controlled Prohibited Parts; Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Overall Master Schedule for Integrated Wearable Power System.
