- Description
- Roofing RFP This requirement is set-aside for 100% Small Business. In accordance with FAR 36.206 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects; the range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Tucson Area Indian Health Service (IHS) depends on contracting outside resources with a wide range of expertise in order to provide services not readily available within IHS. This firm-fixed unit priced contract will provide for the repair of clay tile roofing and reseal of flat roofing damage caused by a Microburst. The unit price paid to the Contractor shall be considered as payment in full for services provided under this contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation, etc required to complete the installation in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. Evaluation factors are approximately equal to costs or price. See attached Scope of Work for additional information, terms and conditions.
