- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A SOLICATATION This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Cryptologic Systems Division, Contracting Branch requires repair services for 24 each Receiver-Transmitters (RT-1797s), NSN: 5821-01-476-3650CA, Part Number (P/N): 822-0878-002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing The Cryptologic Systems Division, Contracting Branch intends to make an award to Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498, CAGE: 13499. Rockwell Collins, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole provider of repair services for the RT-1797 Computers. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days of this publication.
