- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, except for one container designated as Coast Guard owned, necessary to collect and dispose of all refuse except for regulated waste at Base Support Unit San Pedro, CA described in this contract. Services consist of 15 each 6 cubic yard dumpsters to be emptied twice per week. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse. The Contractor shall obtain all permits, licenses or other authorizations required by Federal, State, Local laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations.
