- Description
- The Government intends to issue a solicitation for proposals for Systems Support Representatives to service and maintain Mission Planning Support systems including but not limited to PFPS/Falconview, MPS, JMPS, XPLAN, JPADS/I-CDS, DCGS, other systems as detailed in the Statement of Work and ancillary systems. The Government estimates the need for approximately 66 personnel at 44 separate locations throughout the United States and its territories. A draft SOW may be obtained from Sources Sought Notice W9133L-11-N-SSR1 for informational reference only. The final SOW will be issued with the solicitation. Other information: The solicitation will be Full and Open Competition for non-commercial services. Proposal evaluation will be based on "Best Value" criteria established in the soliciation. Large businesses will be required to submit Small Business Subcontracting Plans. Personnel working under any resulting contract shall be required to hold security clearances. Personnel working under any resulting contract shall maintain mobility status. Personnel working under any resulting contract may be required to deploy with their supported units overseas. The Government anticipates issuing a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable (No Fee), and Labor Hour CLINs but reserves the right to make one award, more than one award or none at all and to include any CLIN structure as determined appropriate at the time of award. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about 25 February 2011 for a period of 30 days. The anticipated beginning of performance is 1 June 2011. The Government anticipates including a "transisition period" of 30 days. The Government anticipates actual full contract performance will begin 1 July 2011. Any information included in this Synopsis may change during the procurement process.
