- Statement of Work Solicitation Document - Interested parties should return pages 3 and 38 with the necessary information to the buyer, holly.crothers@tinker.af.mil, by the due date. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK., to repair the listed deficiencies on the Avtron K938-S7 test stand to a satisfactory operational condition in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
