- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification to order 0107 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office, 401 Tiltrotor Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole source basis for continued system level integration, engineering analysis and program management support for the Joint and Allied Threat Awareness System (JATAS) and Assault Directional Infrared Countermeasure (ADIRCM) system on the MV-22 tiltrotor aircraft. Efforts include assessing the aircraft configuration and integration required for potential JATAS and Assault DIRCM solutions. Bell Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell Boeing is the only source that possesses this technical data and requisite knowledge required to perform this effort.
