- Services Non-Personal: The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing a work plan (as described herein), labor, equipment, instruments, materials, transportation, and incidentals required to provide system architecture module design, post implementation support, de-bugging, documentation, training & COTS (Commercial off-the-Shelf) software integration into existing model development. The contractor shall provide a fully operating and functioning product and modeling packages to merge existing systems, other developed modules into one application and logically operate with existing programming or additional modules for implementation. All code and structures shall be complete and ready for use by the Government. "Post Implementation Support" shall mean to provide the additional work required to modify or integrate an existing programs, database and COTS software to accomplish the work and ready for use by the Government. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or a time and materials (T&M) are contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 01 April 2011 to 31 March 2012. The proposed option year one period of performance is 01 April 2012 to 31 March 2013. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 23 Feb 11. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 18 March 2011. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from https://www.fbo.gov. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and the contractors can register electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this award.
