- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is soliciting sources to provide all labor, material, and equipment for vegetative removal services at Lake Shelbyville, Shelbyville, IL. This will be a Small Business Set-Aside, competitive procurement, resulting in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for a one (1) year base period with four (4) one year option periods and a total acquisition value not to exceed $300,000.00. The guaranteed minimum is $2,000 for the base year and $1,000 each additional option year. Individual task orders will be issued which detail the activities to be performed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730. The SBA size standard is $7 Million. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and a public bid opening will be held. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 22 February 11. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov./. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on FedBizOpps. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests, for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/htm and/or at www.fedbizopps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and have completed On-Line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to receive a contract award.
