- US Army Medical Command, Healthcare Acquisition Activity-North (HCAA-N) intends to issue a solicitation for medical services including Physicians, Nurses and Ancillary personnel at Joint Task Force National Capital Region Medical (JTF CapMed) Medical Treatment Facilities located in the D.C. National Capital Region (NCR). JTF CapMed MTFs include but are not limited to Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC; National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD; Dewitt Army Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, VA. The JTF CapMed's Area of Responsibility also includes branch medical clinics in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is a competitive procurement that will result in multiple award contracts (MACs) for Direct Health Care Provider Support Services. The contracts will be firm fixed price, personal services, multiple award task order (MATO)/indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contracts. Services will be required beginning on 01 June 2011 for a four-year period of performance through 31 May 2015. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS Code 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, Size Standard $34.5M. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Release of the solicitation is scheduled on or about 22 February 2011. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov/) via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Inquiries about the solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
