- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for 146,016 each propelling charge support assemblies in accordance with drawing 12577566G DTD 13 FEB 2009, 12577224L DTD 13 FEB 09, 12577225G DTD 4 MAR 09, 12577242J DTD 4 MAR 09, 12577306J DTD 4 MAR 09, 12952069C DTD 13 FEB 09, 12952066F DTD 13 FEB 09, 12952067C DTD 13 FEB 09 AND QAP 12577566C DTD 18 FEB 10. Joint Certification Program certification is required to obtain a copy of the Technical Data Package. Delivery FOB destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 325920 is applicable. Acquisition is set aside for small business size standards. Request for Proposal No. W911RP-11-R-0008 will be posted to ASFI/Fedbizopps. All bids must be mailed or hand delivered. No electronic bids will be accepted. Request for Proposal issue date on or after February 22, 2011 with an opening date at least 30 days after issue. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
