- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Presidio of Monterey (MICC-POM) has a new requirement to replace/repair the existing fire alarm and suppression system at Camp Bullis to meet existing Camp Bullis Fire Department, NFPA 72.2007 ed., and the UFC4-021-01 requirements for mass notification and fire suppression/notification. Solicitation number W9124N-11-T-0025 will be available on or about 11 February 2011. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 17 February 2011 at 2:00 PM (Central Time). Site Visit Location is: Building 6120 on McWilliams Road in Camp Bullis (San Antonio, TX) The primary Site Visit Point of Contact (POC) is Mr. Dennis W. Proposals are due 9 March 2011 at 2:30 pm (Pacific Time) This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5 Million. Performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and performance bonds or other payment protection is required for this project. For the various types of payment protections that will be accepted, please refer to the solicitation when it is posted. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-T-0025 will be available on or about 9 February 2011 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract.
