- The following response is provided to the question submitted by vendor in reference to solicitation# 11-000872: Question: By the criteria outlined in the synopsis and Standards of Work, with 80% of testing being performed on-site; one or all of the schedules may not have a bid. If this is the case, can (VENDOR) provide a bid that is below the minimum 80% criteria? Answer: For each applicable schedule, Offerors must show that they can perform at least 80% of the tests at their on-site laboratory. The offeror may choose to bid on one, two or all three test schedules if they can perform 80% or more of the tests on the selected schedule. If the proposal does not meet the on-site threshold of 80% or greater on the schedule chosen, the proposal will not be considered for further evaluation.
