(ABOA): 6,280 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Surface Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Surface Full Term: 10-Years (120-Months) Firm Term: 5-Years (60-months) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
