- RFP The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a contract to the Cessna Aircraft Company located at 2625 S. Hoover Road, Wichita, KS 67215 for the acquisition of Cessna 206H and 208B aircrafts. This contract will be for the purchase of one or more aircrafts for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Cessna Aircraft Company under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified and approved. The justification will be posted after contract award.
